Clips from Terrence Howard’s recent appearance on PBD Podcast with Patrick Bet-David are making serious rounds online after the actor shared several shocking revelations during the conversation.

As previously reported, one particular clip quickly went viral after the actor opened up about deeply personal experiences from his childhood. During the interview, Howard revealed that he suffered sexual trauma between the ages of 4 and 13.

Elsewhere in the episode, the conversation shifted to his romantic life — specifically whether he ever felt the urge to date other major stars in the entertainment industry. While speaking on that topic, the super honest and unfiltered actor claimed he once had a “chance to date Beyonce,” and went on to explain why that situation never actually played out.

More On Beyoncé And Terrence Howard’s History

Beyoncé and Terrence Howard have had what many would describe as a brief, non-romantic, and largely one-sided “almost-connection” earlier in her career.

The moment that people often point to happened during the 2005 BET Awards, when Beyoncé famously gave Howard a lap dance while performing her hit song Cater 2 U on stage. The playful moment quickly became one of the most talked-about highlights from the show.
Beyoncé, however, has never publicly addressed Howard’s claims or comments regarding their supposed connection.

At the time, the likely reason may have been because Beyoncé was already rumored to be involved with Jay-Z. Reports suggest the pair began dating around 2001 when she was about 19 or 20 years old — roughly a year and a half after they first met in 2000.

Although they crossed paths earlier, their relationship reportedly became official around the time they collaborated on their first song together, ’03 Bonnie & Clyde, which was released in 2002.

The couple later married on April 4, 2008, and today the two music icons share three children together. Over the years, their relationship has remained one of the most talked-about — and seemingly strongest — partnerships in the industry.
