Cassie’s husband, Alex Fine is breaking his silence after newly released footage from @cnn showed a 2016 incident where Diddy was seen physically assaulting his ex-girlfriend, Cassie.

The shocking video aligned with Cassie’s story in her lawsuit where she accused the mogul of punching her in the face in a hotel. After the footage surfaced all over social media, multiple celebrities spoke out to slam Diddy for his actions. Cassie’s husband, Alex Fine also shared a letter that he wrote “awhile back” on his Instagram page. In the letter, Fine wrote about men who display physical violence against women. “Letter to women and children,” he wrote. “Men who hit women aren’t men. Men who enable it and protect those people aren’t men. As men violence against women shouldn’t be inevitable, check your brothers, your friends, and your family. Our daughters, sisters, mothers, and wives should feel protected and loved.”

He continued, “To all survivors, find the men and women who help and love. To all survivors your stories are real, and people believe you. To all the survivors you are not alone, and there are men and women who care only for your well being and safety. We want you to succeed and flourish. To all the women and children, I’m sorry you live in a world where you’re not protected, and you don’t feel equal. I want to raise my daughters in a place where they feel safe and loved.”

He also penned the end of his message to the “abusers.”

“To the abusers, you’re done, you’re not safe anymore, you’re not protected anymore, the men by your side are just as weak, you’re so miserable with yourself that death would be considered a weakness.”

As we previously reported, federal agents from Homeland Security Investigations conducted raids on Combs’ mansions in Los Angeles and Miami as part of an ongoing investigation.

“This video is very damaging to his case,” said Derrick Parker, the New York Police Department’s former “hip-hop cop” who investigated Combs’ role in a 1999 nightclub shooting. “This is gonna hurt him badly, because it adds credence to what Ms. Ventura has been alleging about the abuse from him.”

“Everybody’s gonna see this, and they’re gonna see what a real dirtbag he is,” he said. “The public itself is gonna see him in a different light. The government now is likely gonna accelerate his case.”
