Wendy Williams‘ brother Tommy Williams has unleashed quite the rant about his sister’s manager, Will Shelby, who he is accusing of having her work while she remains in an unfit condition. The 54-year-old, who was seen spending time with his famous sibling and their father, Thomas, on a boat trip in Miami last week, claims that Wendy has been busy filming an upcoming reality show. Given her recent health concerns, however, in a video obtained by The Sun, Tommy questioned the intentions of those around her, particularly since she’s also set to launch her long-awaited podcast this year.
“This is not a woman who is in the right frame of mind to get a show going,” he said. “Why are you even here? Do you see the condition she’s in? Does it look like she’s ready to start a podcast for goodness sake? It doesn’t.” Tommy continued by saying that Will is allegedly having Wendy travel back and forth between different locations to commit to different projects all for the sake of making money when his sister should be prioritizing her health. “And we are all going to bear witness to this,” he added.
“Is that going to be the show? Is that it? Is that what my dad has to look forward to watching? To shove our face in the f***ing manure?” It’s unclear how long Wendy has been filming her reality show, but according to her brother, the camera crew has gathered a lot of footage since production began. He stressed that he’s not only Wendy responsible for any of this; he just wants her to be able to have the time to work on her health.
“So it comes out and what happens if Wendy is doing much, much better, right?” he added. “Who wants these kinds of memories? Who wants this? Why couldn’t she just get better, all the way? And then do something.
“All this time people have been kicking her around. She can’t be contemplating s*** because she can’t think it through, so other people are thinking things through for her. And all this time she could have been down here recovering.”
Wendy has been caught up in a string of controversies this past year, including issues she faced with Wells Fargo, who allegedly refused to grant her access to her money because they didn’t think she was of sound mind. The talk show host was placed under a temporary financial guardianship, citing risks of “financial exploitation, dementia, or undue influence” in court filings.

In February 2022, it was announced that the “Wendy” show had been canceled and would be coming to an end in the summer of that year, much to the surprise of fans who remained hopeful that Wendy would be fit enough to make her return after taking time off in late 2021 for health reasons.
