Judge Issues Warning to Diddy for Allegedly Staring Down Jurors in Federal Court

According to multiple outlets, in the ongoing sex trafficking trial of Sean “Diddy” Combs in Manhattan federal court, things got heated when Judge Arun Subramanian threatened to kick Diddy out of the courtroom. This came after he noticed the music mogul giving jurors the side-eye and “nodding vigorously” while a witness was on the stand. The judge didn’t hold back, calling the behavior “absolutely unacceptable” and warning Diddy’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, that any more attempts to communicate with the jury could lead to Combs being shown the door.
Judge Subramanian pointed out that he caught Combs making eye contact and nodding at jurors not once but twice, stressing that there should be “no efforts whatsoever to have an interaction with this jury” and that such actions “cannot happen again.” This all went down while Bryana “Bana” Bongolan was getting cross-examined, where she shared some heavy experiences tied to Diddy, including being dangled over a balcony.
