Several pieces of evidence presented by Diddy’s defense team are now surfacing, including audio of Cassie allegedly threatening a man over an alleged “freak-off” video he reportedly claimed to have seen.
According to TMZ, Diddy’s defense team played the audio for jurors over a month ago on May 16, during his ongoing federal sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy (RICO) case in Manhattan, New York.
The audio arrived in court as Casandra “Cassie” Ventura took the stand to testify and face cross-examination. The incident caught on audio recording is reportedly from March 2014 and happened in Atlantic City, New Jersey. During her testimony, Cassie said she confronted a man named “Sugit” after he claimed he had seen her in an alleged “freak-off” video.
On the newly-made public audio, a woman, whom Diddy’s team alleges is Cassie, is confronting a man whom she claims told her someone showed him a video of her doing an alleged “freak-off.” Diddy’s legal team alleges Cassie made death threats to the man in the recording, called “Sugit.” On the audio, Cassie allegedly tells the man:
“Yeah, you don’t have to see it, but it’s my f***ing life and I’ll kill you.” The man tries to speak, but she interjects, “No, I will kill you, if you don’t show me right now. I will kill you and I will hide you and I will cut you up and put you in the f***ing dirt right now. Pull it up. If you have it, pull that sh*t up. ‘Cause if not, I’m gonna kill you and then he’s going to kill you again. So, just do it. Pull that sh*t up, right now. You got that sh*t? Pull that sh*t up.”

In the audio, Cassie allegedly continues:
“I’m going to kill you. You don’t understand. I don’t give a f**k. I’ve never killed anybody in my life, but I will kill you because you’re f***ing with me. You’re f***ing with me and my life right now. If I saw a video of you doing anything that you didn’t want people to see, I would show you the video so you could tell me what the f**k happened. You’re playing games with me, telling me you saw some sh*t. Now you’re saying you didn’t see some sh*t. You f***er, you’re f***ing with me.
I’m going to f**k you up. I don’t think you understand. And it’s not going to be my hands—it’s not going to be blood on my hands. Someone else is going to do it. So you have to f***ing tell me right now. And I’m recording this whole sh*t, FYI. Tell. Me. What. The. F**k. You’re. Talking. About. Because this sh*t is not cool. We’re not playing—I’m not playing with you, Sugit. Like, you saw some sh*t, yes you’re my brother. Be my brother and tell me what you saw. You gonna be able to find it?
