Diddy is facing a wave of lawsuits from multiple individuals alleging sexual assault, with accusations coming from both men and women.
Diddy is currently involved in six distinct lawsuits brought forth by Tony Buzbee, a Texas attorney who claims to represent as many as 120 individuals alleging misconduct by the artist. Notably, four of these six lawsuits include accusations from male plaintiffs. In one of the lawsuits, a man recounts his experience while working for Ecko Clothing in 2008, where he had interactions with Diddy during the companies efforts to promote his competing brand, Sean John.

He alleges that in May 2008, he encountered Diddy and his three bodyguards in the stockroom of Macy’s flagship store in New York City. According to his account, he was struck in the neck with a firearm, causing him to fall to the ground. He claims that Diddy then approached him and told him to “Suck his d***” before violently sexually assaulting him.
In a different lawsuit, a man alleges that he was employed as security for Diddy’s 2006 White Party, during which he suspects that his drink was spiked with GHB or Ecstasy. He claims that Diddy coerced him into a van, where he forcibly assaulted him. The man alleges that Diddy raped him, resulting in significant bodily harm, including the release of bodily fluids.
Another individual pursuing legal action against Diddy alleges that he attended a party hosted by the artist in October 2021. After consuming a single drink, he became disoriented, experiencing a spinning sensation. His next memory is of waking up in a bedroom, unable to move. He asserts that he was sexually assaulted by at least three men through acts of sodomy and other forms of coercion, claiming that he “distinctly recalls” seeing a naked Diddy hovering above him during the incident.

The fourth lawsuit comes from a man who alleges that he was just 16 years old when he received an invitation to Diddy’s 1998 White Party in the Hamptons, where they posed for a photograph together. He claims that Diddy expressed interest in him and led him to a more secluded area for a conversation. During this private chat, Diddy purportedly told him that he had the right appearance for a career in music and suggested that he could help him become a star.
He alleges that Diddy suddenly instructed him to lower his pants and reveal himself for inspection, framing it as a “rite of passage” and questioning, “Don’t you want to break into the business?” According to his account, he complied and exposed himself, after which Diddy is said to have cupped his genitals, squeezing and touching them.
These lawsuits are part of a larger effort, as Buzbee claims he intends to file a total of 120 cases against Diddy.
