As we previously reported, during last week’s episode of The Kardashians on Hulu, momager Kris Jenner, who has openly shared her health struggles, including her hip replacement, on the show, emotionally told her daughters about the tumor and cyst doctor found during a checkup.

“They found a cyst and a little tumor on my ovary, and so I went to the doctor and Dr. A [Dr. Thaïs Aliabadi] said I’ve got to have my ovaries taken out,” The matriarch of the Kardashians shared.

Speaking in the latest episode, Jenner told friends Kathy Hilton and Faye Resnick: “I’m gonna have a hysterectomy.” Doctors suggested she do the procedure to eliminate any risk associated with the tumor and a cyst that was also found in the area. They advised that it was the “best thing” to remove her ovaries and uterus. Jenner explained, “It started out as just getting some ovaries removed, and then today I got a phone call. They found something, we’re here to fix it. I’m going to remove something that gave me six of the best parts of my whole life, referring to her brood of six children.”

As a mother of six children, Jenner’s journey toward surgery was not just a physical one but also an emotional and reflective process. Expressing her emotions about the procedure, she touched upon the bittersweet realization of undergoing a surgery that marked the end of a chapter dedicated to family planning and fertility, while sharing how thankful she is for the blessings of motherhood that she cherishes.

Jenner, 68, is a mother to Kourtney, 45, Kim, 43, Khloé, 40, and Rob Kardashian, 37, with her first husband Robert Kardashian as well as Kendall, 28, and Kylie Jenner, 26, who she shares with ex-husband Caitlin Jenner.

Supported by her daughters Khloe and Kim, who lovingly surprised her with a thoughtful gesture to uplift her spirits, Jenner’s post-surgery recovery marked another sweet moment.

In a sneak peek of next week’s episode of The Kardashians’ Kris is seen recovering at home as Khloe and Scott Disick visit her. She tells the cameras, “I’m done with my surgery and I feel great!”
