Whew! Things are getting messy. Simon Guobadia has responded strongly to Porsha Williams’ divorce filing, alleging that she brought an armed individual to their shared home.
According to court documents, Guobadia claims that Williams abandoned their house at one point and eventually returned with a man visibly carrying a gun, on two separate occasions. One incident allegedly happened on March 21 and it reportedly led Guobadia to call the police to intervene.
Guobadia further accuses Williams of engaging in harassing behavior, including having third parties call and intimidate him and others in an attempt to force them out of the residence. He also alleges that Williams, along with her mother and her mother’s boyfriend, forcibly entered the marital home around March 24, disabling security cameras and tampering with items and evidence.
“Since the filing of the instant divorce, Wife’s actions have been erratic, unstable, threatening, and harassing to … the house staff, and the minor children,” the documents state. Now, that’s not all.

The court documents describe Williams’ post-divorce filing actions as erratic, unstable, threatening, and harassing, particularly towards the household staff and the minor children residing in the home. Guobadia, concerned for the safety of the children, is seeking a restraining order against Williams.
Reps for Guobadia or Williams have yet to publicly speak out.
As we previously reported, Williams filed for divorce from Guobadia last month after just one year of marriage. She immediately requested that the businessman not “destroy” any financial records.
However, Guobadia’s court filing also suggests that Williams strategically pursued marriage and subsequent divorce to exploit provisions in their prenuptial agreement for personal financial gain. In response to the situation, Williams has distanced herself from Guobadia by removing his last name from her social media accounts and deleting photos of them together.
Following the public fallout, Guobadia has been linked to a fitness trainer, sparking rumors of a new romance in his life.
