
Brauny B headed to Hollywood Unlocked on a mission to educate the public and bring awareness to overdose prevention and be the pilar for black leadership in public health.
Braunz is currently the Executive Director of HEPPAC, an Internationally known, nationally recognized, and locally respected Black Owned, and Black-led Harm Reduction Public Health agency.
Their impact is known for decreasing HIV/HCV infection, opioid Overdose Deaths for people who use drugs, and increasing access to life-saving services and supplies that enable the Black community to be healthier alive and able to thrive. Their non-clinical street-based integrated services are a national model and have proven to be an effective strategy to increase racial equity in public health. A few primary programs include.
