Kris Jenner Granted Extension In $3 Million Sexual Harassment Lawsuit Filed By Her Ex Bodyguard After Failing To Settle

Looks like Kris Jenner has just bought herself some more time to settle her ongoing sexual harassment lawsuit filed by her former bodyguard. As previously reported, Kris’ ex-security guard, Marc McWilliams, sued the momager two years ago for $3 million, claiming she had inappropriately touched his butt, exposed herself in front of him, and massaged his neck and shoulders without consent.

Further in the court docs, he alleges that she made sexual and racist remarks to him throughout his two-year employment working for the 67-year-old. According to the Daily Mail, both parties have had a year to come to an agreement to settle the case, but to no avail, which is why Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Armen Tamzarian has now granted an extension to February 14, 2024.

Their lawyers were warned that by that date, he expects “arbitration to be done by then.” On one particular occasion, Marc asserts that Kris had allegedly asked him to sit in her Bentley before making flirty comments towards him, which he respectfully declined. “Without warning, Jenner placed her right hand on the inside upper left thigh and groin area of McWilliams in a manner that was overtly sexually offensive,” his lawyer Sean Novak, wrote in the suit.

“McWilliams was shocked and offended by the uninvited and overtly sexual contact by Jenner and attempted to shift away from her groping,” he continued. “As he moved his body away from the offensive sexual contact, Jenner’s right hand come into contact with McWilliams’ inner groin and genital area.”

When Marc had finally had enough and decided to complain about Kris’ behavior, he was terminated from his contract with the momager, subsequently leaving him out of a job since the firing was very sudden. The mother of five has vehemently denied the claims through her legal team, who say there was never any sort of unprofessional conduct on Kris’ side, which is perhaps why reaching a settlement has taken as long as it has.

“His absurd allegations are clearly fabricated and are contrary to easily confirmed facts. Kris never acted inappropriately toward him,” Kris’ lawyer, Marty Singer argued. “The security company stopped assigning McWilliams to work there after the guard was repeatedly caught sleeping in his car on the job.”

Kris has been in a longtime relationship with Corey Gamble ever since her split from Caitlyn Jenner in October 2013.
