Former Housekeeper Files Discrimination Lawsuit Against Kylie Jenner And Her Staff

A former housekeeper has filed a discrimination lawsuit against Kylie Jenner and members of her household staff, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

Angelica Vasquez, who identifies herself as Jenner’s former housekeeper, claims she began working for the reality star in September 2024. According to the filing, she initially worked at Jenner’s Beverly Hills home before later relocating to the Hidden Hills residence. During her time there, she reported to a woman identified as Elsi, as well as the head housekeeper, Patsy. Vasquez alleges that her experience in the workplace was difficult. In the lawsuit, she claims she was “treated with hostility and exclusion during her time working for Jenner.” She further alleges that she was “subjected to severe and pervasive harassment” by her colleagues.

Allegations Of Harassment And Discrimination Inside The Household

The lawsuit outlines multiple claims related to workplace behavior. According to Vasquez, she experienced mistreatment tied to her race, nationality, and religious beliefs while working in the household.
She alleges that co-workers engaged in behavior that she describes as belittling and humiliating. One specific statement cited in the filing stands out. According to the complaint, Vasquez was told, “Catholics are horrible people,” which she included as part of her broader claim of religious discrimination.

Additionally, Vasquez states that the alleged conduct created an environment that negatively impacted her well-being. She claims that as a result of her experiences, she developed “symptoms consistent with post-traumatic stress disorder” along with anxiety.
These allegations have not been proven in court, and they represent claims made in a civil filing.

Sources close to Kylie Jenner have responded to the claims in statements shared with TMZ.
According to those sources, Vasquez had “attendance issues, among other workplace concerns” during her time working for the household. These statements present a different perspective on the situation and suggest there may have been ongoing employment-related challenges.
