OMG: Eva Marcille Rescued From Water On “Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test” After Scary Medical Emergency

“Special Forces” ain’t no joke and the latest episode proved just that!

To keep you caught up, America’s Next Top Model winner Eva Marcille had to be rescued by medics after a challenge that nearly cost her life. The wild moment went down when Eva and actor Jussie Smollett were teamed up for a grueling underwater test meant to push their physical and mental limits.

The task? Simulate an emergency escape from a plane deliberately submerged underwater. The recruits had to hold their breath for 20 seconds, find the correct exit among several doors, and swim to the surface…. all while staying calm. Eva made it out through the right door, but once she reached open water, she went right into panic mode. Marcille started struggling and slipped beneath the surface, forcing rescue divers to jump in and pull her out.

She was hauled onto a rescue boat, appearing nearly unconscious before finally confirming she was awake but just shaken to the core.

“Oh my God, I could have died!” Marcille said, still catching her breath after the near-drowning scare.

Teresa Giudice Quits After The Same Challenge

Eva wasn’t the only one who hit her breaking point. Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice also called it quits after the same brutal task. The 53-year-old reality TV vet panicked as the plane began sinking, unbuckled herself mid-mission, and bolted for the surface — which ultimately cost her and her partner Gia the challenge.

It was another reminder that Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test is not for the faint-hearted. This isn’t your average reality show — it’s celebrities stripped down to raw survival, facing fears most of us would tap out from in the first five minutes.

Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Fox.
