Former Stylist for Diddy Details Alleged Abuse In First TV Interview — Says Jailed Mogul Is “Right Where He Needs to Be”

Deonte’ Nash, the former stylist for Sean “Diddy” Combs who testified against him at his federal criminal trial earlier this year and filed a lawsuit last week alleging years of physical and sexual abuse, is speaking out in his first sit-down interview.

As previously reported, Nash filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles against Combs and his record label, Bad Boy Entertainment, detailing his “personally experienced sexual, physical, mental, and emotional abuse at the hands of Defendants during his ten-year employment.”

He said not only did he witness Diddy physically assault Cassie, but he also personally endured “forced tests of loyalty and manipulation, sexual harassment and sexual assaults, physical violence and manhandling, labor trafficking, threats of harm, and threats of death.” As a result, he is seeking general and compensatory damages, as well as punitive damages, in the case. During his first TV interview, Nash told CBS Mornings that Diddy is exactly where he needs to be.

Combs has vehemently denied the allegations. However, Combs’ attorney, Erica Wolff, pushed back, calling Nash’s complaint “riddled with falsehoods and [it] stands in stark contrast to the record” established in court.

“Mr. Nash’s tabloid-style accusations are insulting not only to Mr. Combs, but also to the countless individuals who worked honorably and professionally within his companies,” Wolff said in a statement. “In court, the truth will prevail, as it did in his criminal trial: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — adult or minor, man or woman. Mr. Combs looks forward to clearing his name again in a court of law where truth matters,” the news site quotes.

While Diddy has to battle this civil case eventually, he has an even bigger one that could keep him in prison for 10 years.

Mr. Combs, who has been locked up in a Brooklyn federal jail for nearly 13 months, is set to be sentenced today after being found guilty in July on two counts of prostitution-related charges. He is already asking for time served and promising he won’t ever commit a crime again.
