Survivors of Jeffrey Epstein’s Abuse Announce That They Will Expose Notable Figures Linked to Trafficking Scandal

Survivors of Jeffrey Epstein’s Abuse Speak Out on Capitol Hill

Survivors of Jeffrey Epstein’s sexual abuse are stepping forward to put together their own “list” of high-profile individuals tied to the late financier’s trafficking scandal. In a move that has the world watching, these survivors made it clear they’re no longer holding back.

On Wednesday, ten of Epstein’s victims—some who had never gone public before—spoke out during a press conference held on Capitol Hill. The event was put together by Representatives Ro Khanna (D-California) and Thomas Massie (R-Kentucky), creating a bipartisan push for answers.

The press conference had a clear mission: put pressure on Congress to finally vote on a bill that would force the Justice Department to release every file they got on Epstein. The convicted sex offender’s death in a New York jail back in 2019 left too many questions unanswered, and these survivors aren’t letting it slide.
This moment follows the House Oversight Committee’s release of more than 33,000 pages of Epstein-related documents.

While much of it was already public, the symbolic weight was heavy. It also came just one day after House Speaker Mike Johnson and other lawmakers met with Epstein’s survivors, showing that the conversation isn’t slowing down.

Raw Testimonies From Epstein’s Survivors

The press conference wasn’t just politics—it was pain made public. One by one, survivors stood tall at the mic and told their truths. They were young girls, many barely teenagers, when their lives took a horrific turn.

“I was only 14 years old when I met Jeffrey,” said Marina Lacerda. “It was the summer of high school. I was juggling three jobs trying to support my mom and sister when a neighborhood friend told me I could make $300 giving another guy a massage. It turned from a dream gig into the worst nightmare.”
Her voice cracked as she added, “I had to be at [Epstein’s] house so often that I dropped out of high school before ninth grade and never went back. From ages 14 to 17, I worked for Jeffrey instead of getting an education. Every day, I held out hope that he’d finally offer me a real job as one of his assistants or something significant. I dreamed of achieving the so-called American dream. That day never came. I felt trapped… until he finally told me I was too old.”

Another survivor, Haley Robson, described the lasting pain. “It’s being gutted from the inside out,” she said. That short but chilling statement carried the weight of years of trauma.

How Epstein’s Case Shook the World

Epstein’s name has become a global symbol of wealth, corruption, and abuse. Back in 2008, he cut a shocking deal with prosecutors in Florida, allowing him to dodge serious federal charges.

Instead, he pleaded guilty to state charges for procuring a minor for prostitution and solicitation.

Despite his wealth and his powerful connections—from royals to billionaires—Epstein’s double life came crashing down in 2019. He was arrested on federal sex trafficking charges, but his death in jail a month later sparked nonstop conspiracy theories. Many still question how someone with so much dirt on so many high-ranking figures could end up dead under watch.

His longtime partner, Ghislaine Maxwell, wasn’t spared. She was convicted in 2021 of aiding Epstein in his abuse and was sentenced to 20 years in prison. But to survivors, that’s not enough. They want transparency. They want names. And they want accountability.
