Oop! #Socialites, get into this! Ne-Yo was NOT playing when a fan ran up on his stage at a recent concert. The “Closer” singer said he’ll “slap the sh*t out of a person who disrespects his stage.”

On Saturday (September 27), global R&B sensation Ne-Yo performed at Glion Arena Kobe in Kobe, Japan. The show was part of his ‘LIVE in KOBE 2025’ Tour.
However, during the show, the audience, and Ne-Yo and his dancers, got a little more than they all bargained for. As the singer performed his hit 2007 song “Because Of You,” a fan ran up on stage. The singer reposted two clips to his Instagram Story showing the whole thing go down.
Ne-Yo Grabs Back Of Fan’s Neck To Toss Them Off Stage After Running Up On Him And Dancers
In the first clip, viewers can see the fan dancing while hopping up the stairs from the pit to the stage. While trying to remain focused on singing and dancing, Ne-Yo and two of his female dancers eyed the fan as they made their way to center stage.
As the singer held his microphone and belted out his ad-libs, he simultaneously grabbed the fan by the neck and flung them to the left, to the left (IYKYK). After Ne-Yo made contact, the fan scurried along and seconds later a security guard ran from right stage to escort the intruder completely away.
However, as all of this happening, Ne-Yo is still fully performing with his vocals, arms, legs, etc. Didn’t miss not one beat nor ad-lib! In a second video shared to his IG Story, viewers can fully see the moment when the fan rans up and exits the stage after the “So Sick” singer gripped them up for “disrespecting him and his stage.”
Over the first video, Ne-Yo wrote, “This is what you DON’T do. I’m a gentleman, but I WILL slap the sh*t out of a person disrespecting my stage. And then keep the party going. Don’t ry me. All love, til’ it’s not.” On the second video, he wrote, “Had he ran up with love, I woulda let him rock for a minute….idiot. Don’t be this guy.”
Elsewhere, Trey Songz went viral online as well. At a recent concert of his, the singer was spotted climbing up a wall like Spider-Man to reach out to some fans. His moves left fans crying laughing and just utterly shocked.
