While chopping it up about her upcoming album, “Am I The Drama?” the hardworking muva said,
“I’m having a baby with my boyfriend Stefon Diggs,” later noting she’s due in February. “I’ve been putting in all this work, but I’m doing all this work while I’m creating a baby.”
She added,
“I’m happy I feel like I’m in a good space,” she continued. “Me and my man are very supportive of each other. We like in the same space in our careers. You know what it is that I feel like we’re really great, we’re really the best at what we do.”
Cardi also admitted she hadn’t told her parents before the on-air interview. She added, “I felt like can I just say it on my own time, I’m not hiding.”
Cardi is already a mom to three kids—Kulture, Wave, and Blossom—who she shares with her estranged husband, Offset. This new chapter shows she’s balancing motherhood and music the way she always does: on her terms. It’s big energy, steady focus, and a whole lot of joy. The rap icon is due right before her Little Miss Drama Tour on February 11. She announced the news on Tuesday, revealing that it will kick off in Palm Desert, California, and concludes on April 17 in Atlanta, with stops in major music markets like Los Angeles, Houston, Chicago, New York, and Philadelphia.
That window gives her a little wiggle room to bring the baby into the world while still keeping momentum on “Am I The Drama?” But having this be her 4th time, we know she’s a pro at making sh—t happen.
