Lily Phillips, a 23-year-old OnlyFans creator and adult entertainer, recently got real about the intense emotional impact of her jaw-dropping feat: sleeping with 101 dudes in just one day.
In a fresh documentary by YouTuber Josh Pieters, aptly titled I Slept With 100 Men in One Day, we see Lily in a raw moment, shedding tears as she reflects on the ups and downs of that viral experience.

The film captures her right after she hit that wild milestone, looking visibly shaken and emotional. Stepping out of the bedroom in a chill striped two-piece, she opens up, saying, “It’s not for the weak girls, if I’m honest – it was hard. I don’t know if I’d recommend it. It’s a different feeling. It’s just one in, one out, it feels intense.”

According to the documentary, pulling off this 14-hour marathon took some serious planning. Her crew had lined up 15 guys per hour, originally giving each one five minutes, but they had to cut that down to two to keep things moving. Despite her hype going into the challenge, she admitted that by the time she hit the 30th encounter, she started to disassociate from the whole thing.

Pieters explores the aftermath of this challenge, stepping into the Airbnb where it all went down. The bedroom was a chaotic scene, filled with used condoms, wrappers, and tissues, which nearly made him gag. When he asked Lily if the experience was more intense than she expected, she could barely get the word out through her tears: “Definitely,” she said, before retreating to another room.
Lily also expressed some guilt during her interactions with the guys who were bummed about the short time slots.
“It’s hard having the interactions with them when they’re like, ‘You’re not going to make me finish? I’ve come all this way,’ kind of guilt-tripping me a bit,” she explained.
Despite the emotional rollercoaster, she’s already plotting her next big challenge: trying to sleep with 1,000 men in a single day.
