Donald Trump has been fact-checked numerous times by debate moderators, reporters, journalists, and more. However, a savvy cameraman took it upon himself to do so during a recent live rally.
In case you missed it, Donald Trump held a rally in Greensboro, N.C., on Saturday night. While on stage, he bragged, “We have had the biggest rallies in the history of any country, and every rally is full. You do not have any seats that are empty. You did not have anything.”
Immediately following that bold statement, a cameraman for NTD.com decided to pan the stadium and even zoomed in on sections that showed empty seats. To make matters worse, people exiting the arena were also seen. However, it remains unclear whether those attendees were leaving the venue entirely.
This is DIABOLICAL!!! That cameraman said let me show y’all these EMPTY seats and these folks LEAVING in real time!!! pic.twitter.com/QAVBMTgAdy

This witty cameraman wasn’t the only one to capture this moment; News Nation reporter Libbey Dean also documented dozens of empty seats in a post on her X (formerly Twitter) account.

Meanwhile, Vice President Kamala Harris visited Georgia and North Carolina over the weekend and made an appearance on “Saturday Night Live.” Rather than focusing on crowd size, she made a last-minute pitch to voters, explaining the critical role Georgia could play in the upcoming election.
However, speaking of her opponent, she did emphasize, “We can turn the page on a decade of Donald Trump trying to keep us divided and afraid of each other. That’s not who we are, and we’re done with it.”
