Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing two new lawsuits, one from a man and another from a woman, both claiming they were sexually assaulted by the business mogul on separate occasions. However, his attorneys are slamming these latest claims.
The male plaintiff, who is suing Diddy under the pseudonym John Doe, alleges in a lawsuit filed by Houston-based attorney Tony Buzbee that he attended a party at Diddy’s Miami home, which included other celebrities. He claims he began to lose consciousness after consuming a beverage and later woke up completely naked, experiencing sharp pain in his anus. According to his account, when he turned around, he reportedly saw a fully erected Combs allegedly attempting to penetrate him, TMZ reports. The man asserts that he was unable to defend himself due to the substances in his system.
In a separate lawsuit, a woman from Maryland, referred to as Jane Doe, accuses Diddy of forcing her to perform oral sex on him. She claims that at the age of 18, she was drugged while attending a Halloween party in New York City in 2001. Jane Doe alleges that at some point during the event, security personnel escorted her to a black SUV limousine where Diddy was waiting alongside other members of his security team.

She states that while in the vehicle, she began to feel dizzy after consuming a drink and was allegedly coerced into performing oral sex on Diddy in front of the other men present. She claims she was subjected to derogatory names and had champagne thrown all over her.
Both plaintiffs are seeking damages in their lawsuits.
Diddy’s legal team has publicly criticized these latest claims, asserting, “The extortion lawsuit against Mr. Buzbee exposes his barrage of lawsuits against Mr. Combs for what they are: shameless publicity stunts, designed to extract payments from celebrities who fear having lies spread about them, just as lies have been spread about Mr. Combs. As his legal team has said before, Mr. Combs has full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”
