In the latest Diddy news, a 37-year-old woman has come forward, filing a lawsuit that claims she was raped by Combs and two other celebrities during the infamous 2000 MTV Video Music Awards afterparty. However, his attorney’s are already on it.
Sunday evening, his legal team filed new motion to “request an order prohibiting further extrajudicial statements from prospective witnesses and their lawyers that substantially interfere with Mr. Combs’s right to a fair trial.”
In the latest lengthy 19-page legal document submitted to a New York federal court, the woman—identified only as Jane Doe—details a harrowing experience that unfolded when she sought to lay her head down in a vacant bedroom, feeling lightheaded from a drink. What was meant to be a brief respite quickly spiraled into a nightmare as Combs, then 30, allegedly barged in with a “crazed look” in his eyes, proclaiming, “You are ready to party!”
According to the lawsuit, the woman claims things took a sinister turn as Combs allegedly threw her toward another male celebrity, dubbed “Celebrity A,” who then allegedly stripped her of her clothing while she became increasingly disoriented. The allegations escalate with claims that Jane was held down and raped by Celebrity A while Combs and a female celebrity, referred to as “Celebrity B,” watched.
The ordeal didn’t end there. The woman goes in to claim that Combs allegedly attempted to force her into performing oral sex, but she fought back, hitting him in the neck before managing to escape and call her father for a ride home. The aftermath of this traumatic event plunged her into a deep depression which continues to impact her life profoundly.

This lawsuit is part of a broader wave of legal action spearheaded by attorney Tony Buzbee, who has filed at least five new civil suits in the Southern District of New York. Buzbee said he’s just getting started, with more cases expected to roll out in the coming weeks.
As the legal storm brews, Buzbee claims to represent around 120 individuals who have come forward with accusations against Combs, some dating back over three decades, including the shocking revelation that one victim was as young as nine.
Diddy has previously denied any wrongdoing and maintain his innocence.
