Welp, it looks like Skai Jackson won’t have to suit up for court as her domestic violence case has been rejected.
As previously reported, the Disney Channel alum was involved in a dispute with her boyfriend at Universal CityWalk, where she was reportedly seen getting physical with him. Despite claiming the situation was not serious and stating that she was allegedly pregnant and engaged, she still was taken into custody for misdemeanor domestic battery. The 22-year-old was released just a few hours later.
The L.A. County District Attorney’s Office has informed TMZ that they will not be filing charges against Skai, citing a lack of sufficient evidence to proceed with the case. Additionally, Skai has no criminal history, the alleged victim did not sustain injuries, and her boyfriend has refused to cooperate with prosecutors.

Skai has not released a statement regarding her arrest but she did return to social media like nothing ever happened. However, everyone’s focus is on her alleged pregnancy journey.
While it’s not confirmed if she really is with child, fans believe she is as her recent videos indicate that she’s definitely prego. One person tweeted, “Skai Jackson being pregnant is still shocking to me.” Another said, “Lol if y’all still questioning whether Skai Jackson is pregnant or not… proof is in the pudding.” A third added, “skai jackson definitely pregnant.”
