Could Nick Cannon be considering a reunion with his ex-wife Mariah Carey? While the idea occasionally crosses his mind, the entertainer recently shared his thoughts on the possibility.
In an interview with E! News, Cannon expressed that he would “absolutely” get back together with Carey, 55, eight years after their divorce. When asked about it, he quickly replied, “Yes, absolutely. It would be stupid if I wouldn’t. We belong together,” though he added jokingly, “She don’t want me.”
Cannon’s co-host, Courtney Bee, chimed in during the conversation, humorously pointing out, “Yeah, you done left and had like 10 kids.” Cannon laughed and responded, “A whole baseball team. Like, ‘No, you can’t come back home.’”
Discussing co-parenting, Cannon emphasized that the mothers of his children get along pretty well, despite not expecting them to. He noted, “I think that’s the thing that people might always think, but everybody lives their own life, before me and after me. That’s how you keep the peace — everybody is focused on themselves rather than on someone else.”
