Jeezy is letting it be known he is no cheater. A spokesperson for the rapper is denying claims made by his estranged wife Jeannie Mai that he was unfaithful during their marriage.
“Any claim of infidelity on Mr. Jenkins’ behalf are 100 percent false and we have no further statements at this time,” the rep told Us Weekly on Saturday, December 2.
As we previously reported, the former talk show host Jeannie Mai responded to her ex-husband Jeezy’s divorce petition, asking the court to uphold their prenuptial agreement clause because of his alleged infidelity. The ex-duo signed a prenup in March 2021. Although the specific terms of the document are unknown, her Thursday, November 30, filing revealed a penalty if any party cheated throughout the course of their relationship.

Jeezy accused Jeannie Mai of acting as a “gatekeeper” for their daughter amid their divorce. In the filing, the rapper asked a judge for a hearing to set “clearly defined” temporary legal and physical custody rights of their child. Initially both parties “agreed upon a visitation schedule through the end of 2023” after Jeezy filed for divorce in September. However, in the filing, he states that the situation is “becoming increasingly less feasible.”
The doc further stated, “The lack of consistency, continuity, and stability inherently associated with such a haphazard and fluid parenting time schedule is stressful to the Child (Monaco), and it has, as is unfortunately inevitable with all families in transition, created unnecessary tension and confusion regarding not only parenting time but also in regard to each parent’s role and rights when the Child is in their respective custody.”
While hitting back at Jeezy, Jeannie Mai asked for the penalty to be upheld in the divorce decree and also requested an “equitable division” of all marital assets.
“Wife reserves the right to amend this counterclaim to add other grounds for divorce, but which Wife does not wish to specify herein at this time in the hope this matter can be resolved without having to disclose such conduct publicly,” her lawyer wrote in a statement to TMZ.
Moreover, the document further reveals, “Wife further shows that the Court should enforce Paragraph 8 of the Prenuptial Agreement regarding infidelity which provides, in pertinent part, that in the event that either party engages in sexual relations, an emotional relationship, or is emotionally or sexually suggestive in communication with a third party via all forms of electronic communications, including but not limited to texting, sexting, Facetiming, social media and/or Direct Messages, shall result in a significant financial penalty upon the adulterous party …”
In other words, the TV host wants her ex hubby to pay up for his alleged infidelity.
More On What Jeezy Had To Say About Their Breakup
While he has yet to comment on these allegations, Jeezy did express that “This has not been an easy journey.” In an interview with Nia Long, he noted that the split occurred after failed couples therapy attempts.
“I can tell you that I’m saddened. I can tell you that I’m disappointed. I can tell you that I’m uneasy. But God has put me on a different path, and that path is going to entail for me to take care of myself and to love myself and to be in the best situation that I can thrive as someone who’s been through all of the things that I’ve been through.”
