Megan Fox is responding back folks who criticized her for asking her fans to donate to her friends Gofundme. As we previously reported, Fox faced backlash for not contributing the $30,000 needed to reach the fundraising goal herself. Fans then accused her of hoarding money and questioned why she didn’t help her friend directly.
Yesterday Fox addressed the backlash in her Instagram story saying: “Hey weirdos, do any of you have the emotional intelligence to consider that maybe Brit doesn’t want her celebrity clients donating large sums of money to her because it creates a dynamic in her working relationships that makes her uncomfortable? So instead she asked me to post the gofund me so that many people could donate small amounts of money to help them reach their goal.”

She continued: “I just obliged her request, anything she needs from me personally she will ask and I will do it privately. One thing you’re not going to accuse me of is being miserly or lacking generosity. So try again on another day (probably tomorrow) with some different bullish*t you bunch of psychos.”
It is unclear whether she made an anonymous or direct donation, as this information has not been disclosed. However, the lack of transparency surrounding her involvement in the campaign fuelled the anger and disappointment among her fans.
