Ouch: Boosie Badazz Says He Hopes Gunna ‘Never Sells Another Record’ After Plea Deal in YSL Rico Case

Welp, it’s safe to say that Boosie is not a fan of Gunna.

Boosie is sharing his honest thoughts on the “Pushing P” artist who got out of the slammer after pleading guilty to a RICO charge last year. Many believe he allegedly snitched to get out…something he has previously denied.

Still, a lot of folks strongly believe he ratted out fellow rapper Young Thug to become a free man, and he’s been receiving heavy backlash ever since. In an upcoming appearance on the Big Homies Podcast with Kodaq and Jojo, fellow rapper Boosie admitted he hopes Gunna’s career is dunzo. He says, “Think Gunna might be done, unless he go to, probably, another country,” Boosie can be heard saying in the clip, adding that Gunna has since lost the support of YSL producer Wheezy, who recently distanced himself from Gunna as he continues to show loyalty to Young Thug. Boosie continued,

“I really hope he never sells another record again.”

Now this is not the first time the controversial rapper has spoken out against Gunna. Back in March, he ripped him apart over snitching rumors, specifically because he feels Young Thug took the time to make him become a big star.

“Half of them n***as who told on Young Thugger, all of them got their fame off Young Thug,” Boosie said at the time. “Most them met they baby mamas because of him. You wouldn’t even have a child, n***a, if you was on somewhere else. You be loyal to that man, we going to the dump.”

What Has Gunna Said About The Snitching Allegations?

Amid all the rumors, Gunna’s legal team released a statement in February saying denying those big claims. “While I have agreed to always be truthful, I want to make it perfectly clear that I have NOT made any statements, have NOT been interviewed, have NOT cooperated, have NOT agreed to testify or be a witness for or against any party in the case and have absolutely NO intention of being involved in the trial process in any way,” he said in a statement following his release from jail.

“Gunna has never been interviewed by or cooperated with law enforcement or prosecutors in the RICO case,” the statement read. “Nor have his attorneys proffered information on his behalf.” His legal team continued, “What was said at his Alford plea hearing was solely to resolve his own case. It cannot be used by the prosecution against Young Thug or any other defendant.

Young Thug is still in jail and currently going through trial.
