After initially denying rumors four months earlier, Kim Zolciak and her husband Kroy Biermann’s Georgia estate has entered foreclosure and is now up for auction.
According to reports, the Real Housewives Of Atlanta star, 44, and the 37-year-old former professional NFL player, initially bought the home back in 2012 for $880,000. Now, it’s between a price point of $2.5 and $2.6 million.
It was said that Truist Bank has been tapped to deal with the foreclosure of the house, and action had reportedly begun to take place back in August when the couple allegedly defaulted on their $1.65 million mortgage. According to reports, on March 7, the home will be auctioned off to the public at the Fulton County Courthouse to the highest bidder.

Zolciak-Biermann tied the knot with Kroy, 37, in 2011, and they raised her daughters Brielle, now 25, and Ariana Biermann, 21, in the home. They also welcomed Kroy “KJ” Jagger Jr., 11, Kash Kade, 10, and twins Kaia Rose and Kane Ren, 9, while living there. The home was shown many times on the RHOA and on her spin-off show, “Don’t Be Tardy.
This latest update comes just four months after Kim had publicly shut down rumors that the home was auctioned off for $257K after falling into foreclosure.
In a video to her Instagram followers, Kim said: “My house was not sold for $257,000. If you guys think that I would let my home, that we put millions and millions of dollars [into], go for $257,000, you’re an idiot, OK? For real,” said a clearly upset Kim at the time.
While filming that clip, she also claimed that she wasn’t planning on leaving the luxurious home until she was ready to.
“So, what are you going to do, haters, when I’m here for Christmas, and I’m here for my birthday, and I’m here for all those amazing dates?’ she asked combatively. ‘I’m here until I f***ing want to move out. ‘Til I decide I don’t want to live here anymore.”
Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like she doesn’t really have much of a choice now…
Kim nor Kroy have yet to publicly speak out on these reports regarding the foreclosure and upcoming auction.
