Joe Exotic has created a new will in prison since he believes he has no time left and is leaving everything to his new fiance.
During a phone call recorded in prison, the ‘Tiger King’ star outlined his conditions for the new will, stating that his entire estate will go to his new fiance, Seth Posey, whom he met on the internet, and that if Posey dies, everything will go to his son, Cameron. Furthermore, Joe Exotic stated that he does not want first responders to resuscitate him if his health deteriorates in prison.
According to TMZ, he does not want Jeff Lowe, his relatives, or anyone else to inherit his assets. Joe Exotic sounds frustrated that he’s still in prison and says he’s done with everything in the recorded prison call. “I am sick of people standing in line waiting to collect my stuff,” he told the outlet.

The Tiger King star also listed his funeral plans, claiming that the feds hope he dies in prison so “they won’t have to admit that they were wrong” about his murder-for-hire conviction. The 59-year-old is serving a 20-year sentence, and he’ll be in his 80s if he’s released. He added that Jeff Lowe, James Garretson, and his infamous nemesis, Carole Baskin, can all “go to hell.”

As previously reported, Dillon Passage filed for a prenup after their divorce despite Joe Exotic bringing in $100 million in debt. The move was made to protect him from his debts, including the debts owed to Carole Baskin. “It is unfortunate that [Joe] feels he needs to be dishonest; however, not surprising given his character, criminal history, and jail sentence,” she said. “‘Tiger King’ is no longer, but [Joe] seemingly wishes to keep his name in the press under the cloak of this dissolution of marriage proceeding. We remain willing and able to have a settlement conference and I will be contacting the opposing side to present this course of action.”
