Socialites, let’s take a moment to send prayers to Brandy Norwood right now as it’s just been revealed that she has been hospitalized after suffering a possible seizure.
According to law enforcement sources who spoke with @tmz_tv, EMS got a call to Brandy’s home at noon on Tuesday. While full details have yet to be shared, sources tell the outlet that it’s believed Brandy suffered a seizure, and she was taken to a local hospital. As of right now, it is unclear what led up to the possible seizure or if there were other health issues as a result of this latest incident.
It was said that Brandy is still in the hospital where her parents have been by her side as she recovers. A rep for Brandy has not yet released a statement on the new reports.
This all comes as her brother Ray J has been making headlines over his mental health issues and suicide scare. Days ago, the entertainer and business mogul had concerned his friend and family including Brandy after he posted and deleted videos of himself seemingly contemplating taking his own life.
In one video, the “Love & Hip Hop Hollywood” alum sat in an elevated surface while he zoomed in on a bright orange full moon. He captioned the post, “If it wasn’t 4 my Kidz I would jump off and die tonight.” In another he said, “SHOULD I JUST JUMP off and end it rit [sic]. Now!!! ????” he captioned the video, which he also deleted. Brandy took to social media to show support and to pay tribute to her little brother after she caught wind of his series of concerning posts about his mental health.
While Ray appears to be doing better as he returned to social media with his normal content, fans are now sending love and prayers to his big sister amid this latest news.
