Akon Reacts To Memes Calling Out His New Hairline: ‘I’m Rolling, Send More Please’

As we reported earlier, New Jersey rapper Akon has been trending after revealing that he got a hair transplant surgery out in Turkey! And instead of letting all of the memes and jokes bring him down, he is rolling with the punches and poking fun at himself as well.

Recently, Kon stopped by the ‘Bootleg Kev Podcast,’ and revealed to listeners some new details about his hair. Many fans have already been pointing out that his hairline looked healthier and fuller as of late, and Kon confirmed he made some adjustments.

The rapper said he underwent a $7,500 hair transplant procedure in the country of Turkey. He said the country is good for hair transplants and teeth implants.

Akon adds that the price of the procedure probably would have been $50,000, but says medical operations are excessively priced in America versus overseas.

The “Locked Up” rapper said, “I got a procedure,” the singer admitted. Don’t forget in the beginning my whole front was loose. It was real thin.” He added that the procedure was in fact a painful process (in the beginning at least), but nonetheless, “It looks amazing. I love it.”

Poking fun at another rapper whose hairline has been receding, podcast host Bootleg Kev went on to say, “Tory Lanez should’ve went to your guy!”

Akon responded, “I told the n***a! I said ‘Tory should’ve came to my man.'”

Meanwhile, the Twittersphere could not help but make jokes and new memes about Akon’s new healthy and full hairline.
